Creating an account
Use Sign up in the header, or try the demo account (demo@example.com / Demo123!). An account is needed to save hotels, write reviews and upload photos.
Writing and editing reviews
Open a hotel, choose Write a Review, give an overall rating and at least 40 characters of detail. You can edit or delete a review any time from My Reviews.
Moderation timelines
Most reviews and photos are checked within 24 hours. Rejected content is usually promotional, off-topic or contains personal information.
Photos
JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each, six per review. Manage them under My Photos.
Favorites and notifications
Tap the heart on any hotel to shortlist it. Updates about your reviews, photos and saved hotels appear under Notifications, and you can mute categories in Settings.
